Mission/Vision
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides infrastructure and critical support services for students, faculty and staff. Our office also includes the Departments of User Services, Network Services and Academic Technology Services.
OTS supports all forms of information technology throughout CSN's three main campuses and its various sites, including network infrastructure and administration, administrative systems, telecommunications, desktop services, computer labs, classroom support, computer training, web services and instructional design services.
OTS is committed to providing excellent service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in delivery of its responsibilities.
The 24x7 Help Desk is the first line of technical support to students, faculty, and staff at CSN.
