 MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Latino Alliance is to promote a prosperous environment within the College and the Community that is conducive to the advancement and empowerment of Latinos in Southern Nevada. The goals of the Latino Alliance are to: 1) Enhance opportunities and services for Latino students; 2) Attract and retain qualified administrators, faculty, and classified Latino employees; 3) Foster the professional development of Latino staff; and 4) Articulate, support, and advocate for the collective and individual rights of Latino employees.
