Russell's Restaurant
Russell's Restaurant, located on CSN's Cheyenne Campus, is the training and development center for students of the Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management programs of the Department of Hospitality Management at the College of Southern Nevada.
In the Spring and Fall terms Culinary students prepare the food while Food & Beverage Management students manage and operate Russell's Restaurant under supervision of CSN's highly qualified faculty.
