New students (Veterans and Dependents) should complete this application if they are using any of the following VA education programs:

• Chapter 30 – Montgomery GI Bill^® Active Duty Educational Assistance Program
• Chapter 31 – Vocational Rehabilitation Program
• Chapter 33 – Post 9/11 GI Bill^®
• Chapter 35 – Dependents and Survivors
• Chapter 1606 – Montgomery GI Bill^® Selected Reserve

NOTE: Active Duty and National Guardsmen are not required to complete this application.
