The Career & Technical Education Assistance Program (CTEAP) provides textbooks, uniforms and tools assistance to students enrolled in a Career Technical Education program ranging from certificate to bachelor’s degree programs.
Students must complete the CTEAP application, activate Handshake account and complete their Handshake profile. Students must also show detailed registration information to include class schedule and area of study. If approved, students must complete the Career Development Plan before receiving vouchers (textbooks, uniforms and equipment).

Textbook Assistance Program (TAP)
About TAP: Textbooks through the Textbook Assistance Program, or TAP, are loaned to students on a per-semester basis. Students must provide a class schedule and complete a TAP application with detailed information concerning each textbook they are requesting. This program is open to all CSN students. You must have your Handshake Account activated before applying.
