NV INBRE Pilot grant (UNR19-58 - 2019): $10,000.  Fecal coliform and fungi/mold in soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt at popular eateries in the Las Vegas Nevada market.  Grant requires working with two funded students between June 1, 2019 and December 15, 2019.  Mentoring students in laboratory research, data interpretation, writing, and conference presentations.
