Testing Center

Testing Center is one of the major gateways to the College of Southern Nevada (CSN).

It sets out to provide evidence-based placement, academic, and other exam proctoring services that support student entry, progression, and completion.

The goals pursued by the center are to provide students with varieties of placement services, proctoring for CSN Academic/third-party exams (community service), out-of-Area and virtual Remote Testing, and efficient and satisfactory services to clients.

The CSN Testing centers are located at the three campuses of the college, namely West Charleston (WCH), North Las Vegas (NLV), and the Henderson (HEN) campuses.

The services provided at each of the three campuses include Placement/Testing, proctoring of academic and make-up exams for online students, other colleges/institutions distance education exams, Typing tests, GED, CLEP, and other professional exams.

Our testing center is committed to providing the highest level of testing services. Just as you strive for excellence, so do we by always being responsive to your needs, vigilantly proctoring exams under standardized testing procedures and maintaining test security.

Our policies and staff uphold the integrity of the testing process by adhering to the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines.

Monday - Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Last Test Start Time will be determined by Test Length.

*ALEKS Test is 2.5 Hours Long & Untimed Tests will be set to allow 1.5 Hours for completion

Winter and Spring Break
Monday – Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
