Early Childhood Education Mini-Grant
The T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® NEVADA is a comprehensive scholarship program that provides the early childhood
workforce with access to educational opportunities. There are four (4) components to all T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood®
Programs:
* Educational scholarships: support for tuition and books, a travel stipend, and paid release time.
* Formal education: a set amount of college coursework leading to a credential or degree.
* Compensation: providing an incentive in the form of a bonus and/or raise.
* Commitment: requiring a commitment to continue working at one’s current program for a specified period
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: A comprehensive professional development program born from the series of online professional development courses offered by CSN’s Education Department. The online program recognizes and certifies students who have achieved a measurable level of knowledge related to online course design, pedagogy, instruction, and other aspects related to online teaching and learning.: A comprehensive professional development program born from the series of online professional development courses offered by CSN’s Education Department. Praxis Core Exam Fee Waiver If you are on financial aid and need to take the Praxis Core, there is a fee waiver form for you. Follow the directions on the form which can be found here: https://www.ets.org/praxis/about/fees/fee_waivers Complete the form and submit it with a copy of your FAFSA to the Registrar’s Office to obtain the college seal. If you have any financial aid questions regarding the form, you may contact Abigail Enright at abigail.enright@csn.edu.
