| 12/14/2024 | Wetlands: Hands On | We will be beautifying the Wells Trailhead including creating and repairing rock art "geoglyphs," trail marking, and litter and graffiti cleanup. |

| 12/14/2024 | Burkholder Trail Cleanup from Heritage Park | Trail cleanup at Burkholder Trail. Come spend a beautiful morning in this urban space! |
| 12/14/2024 | Reindeer Dash 5K & 1 Mile Walk | Assist with packet pick up and at the finish line passing out medals, and passing out water and cheering on participants throughout the course. Help and have some fun this holiday season. |
| 12/16/2024 | The Salvation Army: Christmas Toy Distribution Set Up | Join us for Christmas Toy setup! Volunteers will organize, sort, count, and pack toys. Snacks and water provided. Help ensure families have a happy Christmas. |
| 12/17/2024 | The Salvation Army: Christmas Toy Distribution | Join us on distribution day! We need volunteers for check-in/out, guiding guests, restocking, sorting, and manning stations. Lunch and refreshments provided. Help spread Holiday joy! |
| 12/25/2024 | The Salvation Army: Serve Christmas Dinner | You'll be serving our free Christmas Day dinner to those in need. Duties will include setup, serving, and light clean up. |
| Ongoing | First Saturdays at Walking Box Ranch | Join us on Saturday, November 2nd for some volunteering at Walking Box Ranch followed by a talk by historian and archivist Kassidy Whetstone about General Patton, Operation Desert Strike and the unique military history of Avi Kwa Ame National Monument and Nevada. |

How to Access Nevada Promise Virtual Engagement Events
GENERAL INFORMATION
Some Nevada Promise Events are held online using the Microsoft (MS) Teams Application. To access MS Teams, you must properly download the MS Teams application.

ENROLLED STUDENTS
As a CSN student, you have access to a number of digital collaboration tools and one main tool is Office 365 where your CSN Outlook Email is located.
- Follow the instructions below, or WATCH THIS VIDEO ON HOW TO SET UP CSN EMAIL & DOWNLOAD MS TEAMS.
- Once in your Email, locate the App Launcher at the top left, next to the word Outlook.
- Select MS Teams and download.
- When you register to attend a Nevada Promise Event, you will be sent an MS Teams link to use to go to the event online on the date and time registered.
If you have difficulty downloading MS Teams, please email us at Contact Us so we can assist you. We recommend you download the app at least 24 hours in advance of the event.
