After becoming an admitted student to CSN, register for courses and/or contact the Program Director of the Open Entry Health Sciences Program of interest for advice on program requirements or program completion.

Note: Attending a Health Programs Orientation, meeting with a Health Programs Advisor, and attending the Limited Entry Workshop are not required for Open Entry Health Science Programs.

Option 1: Schedule an appointment via the HPA WCOnline scheduler.
NOTE: If not yet done, the Health Programs Orientation (HPO) must be completed prior to scheduling an appointment.
An appointment with a Health Programs Advisor (HPA) is required:

• To be eligible to apply to a CSN Limited Entry health program
• For Individual Plans of Study (long-term planning)
• For Financial Aid SAP Appeals & Reinstatements
• For Academic Suspension Appeals
• For letters or plans for scholarships

Option 2: Health Programs Express Advising
HPA Express Advising via CoyoteQ is available both on campus and by phone on a first-come, first-served basis at all HPA Offices on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. These 15-minute sessions are to answer quick questions, lift advising holds, basic review of transcripts, and provide basic information or instructions. Financial Aid and Academic Suspension appeals WILL NOT be completed.

NOTE: The line may require a wait time of an hour or more and is subject to close due to staffing constraints or high demand.

IMPORTANT: HPA Express Advising WILL NOT satisfy the mandatory meeting with an HPA to be eligible to apply to a CSN Limited Entry health program.
